CONCRETE SLABS
BERLIN

PROBLEM

Our task includes the precise installation of a total of 13 prefabricated slabs; in six different designs. Each of these slabs is of impressive dimensions of 2.40 m x 3.00 m x 0.24 m and has a weight of 4.3 tonnes. Each plate must be positioned exactly. The aim is to create a solid foundation that not only meets current requirements, but is also capable of withstanding whatever the future may bring. Our focus is always on ensuring both quality and precision.

CHALLENGE

Our goal was to create a time-optimised solution to ensure that the construction project was completed not only accurately, but also within a very short time frame. Through effective planning and coordination, we were able to reduce the construction time to a minimum without compromising on quality. In this way, we were able not only to overcome the challenge posed, but also to ensure that the project was implemented on time and successfully. Precision.

SOLUTION AND VALUE

The solution for an efficient construction phase was prefabricated slabs. Their use has numerous advantages: only short-term disruption of road traffic during installation, no need to wait for specific weather conditions thanks to production in a protected environment and a consistently high quality. The variety of available levelling and connection systems makes it possible to adapt flexibly to the individual conditions on site. By using prefabricated slabs, we are taking advantage of a solution that is not only efficient, but also high-quality and adaptable.
