Sunken and hollow spaces under concrete slabs interfere with the load-bearing behaviour of the road construction and lead to a reduction in durability and driving comfort. It is important to counteract this at an early stage by re-levelling and stabilising the affected concrete slabs.
Stabilising loose concrete panels – preferably with silicate resin
Re-levelling and stabilising sunken concrete slabs – in case of high offsets with polyurethane resin, otherwise also possible with silicate resin (materials according to TL BEB-StB)
Surface stabilisation by deep injection
Before the repair of concrete slabs on adjacent concrete slabs to improve elevation and stabilise them
Customisable machine technology to project size
Production of injection holes with single or multiple drill
Injection of undersealing material using packers and special injection lances
Continuous monitoring of the paving process using laser and faulting measurement
Surface improvements by deep injections using ram lances
Single drill injection holes
Multi-bore injection holes
Setting the injection packers
Undersealing with injection material
Pre-pressed concrete slab
Sunken damaged concrete slab before /
after repair 30
Extends the remaining useful life of damaged concrete surfaces
Production of uniform and surface-wide support conditions
Economic efficiency guaranteed for single slabs as well as for larger areas
Short construction and setting times allow completion in off-peak periods with rapid reopening for traffic
High daily output thanks to state-of-the-art machinery
Proven improvement of load-bearing capacity (falling weight deflectometer)
Quality assurance through internal and external monitoring
Project-related solutions possible
